We study the best solution to give you maximum efficiency

Starting from the correct configuration of the Cleantech® furnace (power size, type of refractories, etc.), the goal is to find the best solutions to recover the greatest quantities of metals contained in the slag and the secondary bag-house dust deriving from the smelting process. For example, in the case of Steel EAFDs, their direct melting in the Cleantech® furnace generates:

​

  • slag, which can be used as a raw material for the production of mineral wool

  • fumes abatement dust rich in zinc oxide, which can be processed by the Ezinex to obtain zinc in ingots.
